Since attaining my Ph.D. in Physiology
in 1968, I have been engaged in research, teaching, and scholarship. I have been on the faculty of Virginia Commonwealth University
since 1970. In addition to my academic activities, I have served as a consultant and expert witness on the health effects
of environmental exposures, with special emphasis on endocrine disruptors. As of January 1, 2010, I retired from my full-time academic position. Although, I have continued some of my academic
pursuits and maintain my office and laboratory at the University, I am currently focused on consulting activities.
